Our goal is to educate you on the fundamentals of nutrition and training giving you the essential foundation to begin and sustain your journey to health and strength.  

HABIT FORMATION

You will learn and understand key habits that will maximize your results and set you up for long-term sustainability. Motivation only takes us so far, you are an athlete and incorporating healthy habits will become second nature to you.

 

SELF MASTERY

This is a continuous journey and through proper feedback, critique and progress tracking you will begin self-mastery of your mind and body leading to a confident, renewed sense of self. You will have purpose and goals to keep you accountable and a team of strong like-minded positive women.

 

STRENGTH

Strength is the key to building an incredible physique and long-term health and longevity. You will learn the fundamentals of proper form, the three major lifts, and how to progress in your training. You will gain confidence in the gym and in your skills.

 

RESILIENCY

You will learn mental toughness, habits and behaviors that positively support you allowing you to become resilient and unphased by life’s stressors.  We will learn positive self-talk, set assertive goals and celebrate our wins.
